Access to our thermal spa and pools, including hydro-massage, is available during specific hours throughout the day and requires booking, which you can arrange before you arrive at the hotel. The spa operates from 09:00 to 20:00, with all programs and treatments subject to availability. Please note that entry to the spa area is restricted to individuals aged 15 and above.

Guests must bring swimming caps and rubber flip-flops to use our spa facilities and thermal pools. They are available for sale at our on-site shop. Please be aware that our pools and hydro-massage features are not operational from 14:00 to 17:00.

Additionally, the hydro-massage in our pools operates on a rotating basis every half hour. Swimming during these hours (14:00-17:00) without the presence of a Security Supervisor/Lifeguard is at your own risk. Children under 14 must accompany a parent or guardian when using the pools.
